• ‘Rainbow 1’is a new middle maturing apple cultivar derived from the cross of‘Liquan Spur Fuji’בGolden Delicious’，whose fruit is nearly round with the shape index of 0.84. The average fruit weight is 260 g. The fruit surface is smooth without rust，and the skin is in bright red color with yellow background. The flesh is yellowish-white with fine texture，crisp taste，abundant juice，sour- sweet flavor and strong fragrance. The fruit firmness and soluble solids content is 10.2 kg ? cm-2 and 14.6%，respectively. The fruit development period is around 140 d. In Qingdao，the ripening time is in middle or late September. It has the characters of high budding rate，strong branching ability and easy flower buds formation. Fruiting mainly occurs in short branches，and the ability of continuous fruit is strong，which results in high and stable yield. The tree is also highly resistant to apple Glomerella leaf spot disease. This new cultivar can be applied in regions which are suitable to‘Fuji’apple production.

• ‘Liuyuehong’is a new early-ripening apple cultivar derived from‘Arkasas Black’× ‘Summer Apple’. The fruit is nearly round in shape and the average fruit weight is 148 g. The fruit skin is glossy，covered with deep red color. The flesh is sweet-sour，palatable and aromatic with good taste quality，firmness of 8.33 kg ? cm-2，soluble solids content of 12.50%. It is easy-flowering，early-productive，and the yield can be 36.8–39.0 t ? hm-2. The fruit development period is 72–76 d.

• ‘Fuhong’is a new apple cultivar derived from the cross‘Red Fuji’× CSR6R6. The fruit is nearly round，with an average fruit weight of 171.9 g. The background is yellow green，the whole fruit surface is bright red，smooth and glossy. Sepal is closed with convex calyx. Fruit stem grows thick，with deep and broad fruit depression. The fruit flesh is red，crispy，sweet and sour. It has good appearance，fresh food and nutrition quality. It blooms in early April and ripens in late September in Guanxian of Shandong. The fruit development period is 170 days. The yield reached 28.34 t ? hm-2 in the third year. It has wide adaptability，resistance to early leaf fall，powdery mildew，black-dot and red-dot disease.

• ‘Manhong’is a new apple cultivar derived from the cross‘Gala’× CSR6R6. The fruit is nearly round，with an average fruit weight of 78.2 g. The whole fruit surface is bright red，smooth and glossy. The whole flesh is bright red，crispy，and has a slightly sour taste. The content of vitamin C and flavonoids in flesh is 0.049 mg ? g-1 and 13.9 mg ? g-1，respectively. It has good appearance，nutrition and processing quality. It blooms in early April and ripens in early September in Guanxian，Shandong. The fruit development period is 160 days. The yield reaches 29.06 t ? hm-2 in 3rd year. It has strong tree potential，wide adaptability，resistance to early leaf fall，powdery mildew，black-dot and red-dot disease.

• ‘Meihong’is a new apple cultivar derived from the cross‘Gala’× CSR6R6. The fruit is nearly round，with an average fruit weight of 89.6 g. The whole fruit surface is bright red，smooth and glossy，with no need for bagging. The whole flesh is bright red，crispy，sweet and sour. The content of vitamin C and flavonoids in flesh is 0.036 mg ? g-1 and 11.26 mg ? g-1，respectively. It has good appearance，nutrition and storage and transportation quality. Long，medium and short branches can bear fruit. It has strong tree potential，continuous bearing capacity，high yield and the equivalent yield is 29.35 t ? hm-2.

• ‘Jinfeng’selected from‘Jingshui 1’בHosui’，is a new mid-late ripening cultivar of Pyrus pyrifolia. This new cultivar has vigorous growth and spreading habit. Fruits are oblate，average weight is 320 g. Fruits have light russet peel，smooth skin without rusty spot. The fruit is fine，juicy. The soluble solids content is 11.14%–12.04%. The fruit growth period is 147 d and it matures in mid-late August in Wuhan. The cultivar matures early，with high yield and moderate resistance to pear black spot.

• ‘Daisu’pear is a new mid-maturing cultivar derived from the cross of‘Whangkeumbae’and‘Dangshan Suli’. The fruit shape is round and the average fruit weight is 353.5 g. The fruit peel is yellow，and the fruit dot is obvious，with no or very little fruit rust. The flesh is yellowish white，crisp，rich juice，sour-sweet and aroma. The content of soluble solids is 12.1% with little stone cell and residue，and the content of titratable acid is 0.17%. The fruit development period is about 120 days，and it ripens in mid-August in Tai’an，Shandong.‘Daisu’is characterized by early fruit，high yield and high comprehensive quality. The yield reaches 17 200 kg ? hm-2 after 3 years of top grafting.

Flesh is crisp，a little bit dense，fine，no grit cells，juicy，sweet with a litter sour，aromatic and good quality. The soluble solids content is 12.4%. The soluble sugar content is 7.34%. The titratable acid content is 0.2%. It matures in late August in Zhengzhou，Henan Province. Storage life is relatively long.

The soluble solids content is 12.1%. The stone is adherent to flesh. The trees are productive with more fruits. The yield is 30 t ? hm-2.

The flesh is golden，juicy，sour-sweet and aromatic，with 11.4%–13.5% soluble solids content and 95.2% edible part percentage，freestone and sweet kernel. It ripens in early-June in Tai’an，Shandong and the fruit development period is about 65 d.‘Luxing 4’is characterized by early fruit，high yield and high comprehensive quality.

• ‘Fuling’，a new early-maturing and big-fruit sweet cherry cultivar，was selected from the progenies of open pollinated‘Hongdeng’sweet cherry. The fruits are kidney-shaped with purplish red skin，having an average weight of about 10.4 g. The flesh is crisp and sweet taste，with rich flavor and fine quality. Moreover，the content of soluble solids is 18.6%，and the fruit edible rate reaches 94.2% . The fruit development period of‘Fuling’is about 42 d，which matures on May 25th in Yantai area. It ripens earlier 5 d than‘Hongdeng’，earlier fruiting and higher yield about 12 t ? hm-2. This cultivar is suitable to be cultivated in middle-early maturing production area of sweet cherry.

• ‘Jiangnan Hong’is a new sweet cherry cultivar bred by crossing‘Hongdeng’with‘Lapins’. It is suitable for weather condition in subtropical areas. The fruits are red to dark red，oblate spheroidal. The average single fruit weight is 7.7 g and the biggest one is 13.0 g. The flesh is red，dense succulent. The edible rate，total acid，vitamin C and the soluble solids contents are 92.8%，9.84 g ? kg-1，68.7 mg ? kg-1 and 17.5%，respectively. It is an early-ripening sweet cherry cultivar with sweet taste，rich flavor and medium yield.

• ‘Spring Honey’is a new table grape cultivar bred through crossing between‘Sivan’and ‘Rousalka’. The cultivar is of middle size cluster. The berries are cylindrical shape，seeded，weighing averagely 9.8 g，of yellow-green color. The soluble solids content is 19.3 °Brix. The flesh is crunchy and the skin is thin，the overall consumption quality is high. The vine bud breaks in late March，blooms in mid May，and the berries ripen around middle August in Beijing area.

• ‘Qinxiu’，a new mid early-ripening grape cultivar，was bred from‘Jingxiu’× ‘Zhengguodawuhe’. Its fruit characteristics are as following: fruit color is red，the shape of cluster is conical，the average cluster weight is 544 g and the biggest one reaches 686 g. The shape of berry is ellipse，the average berry weight is 4.9 g and the biggest one reaches 9.4 g. The fruit contains 16% soluble solids and 0.95% titratable acid，and has a few soft seeds or seedless. Its flesh is delicate and crisp and suitable for storage and transportation. The berries mature in the end of July in Yangling，Shaanxi Province，and the hanging tree time can reach to early November. The cultivar is suitable for open field cultivation in the arid areas of North China，also is suitable for facility cultivation in China.

The fruit shape is cylindrical with light brown fruit skin and short hairs. The fruit weight is of 106 g in average and can reach the maximum of 148 g. Its flesh is yellow，juicy，and aromatic with soluble solids content of 18%–20%，total sugar content of 11.5%，titratable acid content of 1.5% and vitamin C content of 1.724 mg ? g-1. The ripening period is in early October at the North part of Qinling Mountain and the fruit yield is about 30 t ? hm-2.

The fruit shape is flat-round and fruit-shape index is 0.71. The content of soluble solids，total acid，vitamin C and anthocyanin is 11.40%，3.18%，46.70 mg ? kg-1 and 49.51 mg ? kg-1，respectively. More than 18 t yields per acre is produced in full fruit period. The fruit can be harvested in mid June in the region along the Yangtze River District in Anhui Province.

• The new hickory cultivar‘Wanjin 1’was selected from the wild seedlings of Carya dabieshanensis in Dabieshan Mountain area. The nut weight is 3.20–4.12 g，the length of nut is 2.06–2.24 cm，the average width of nut is 1.96–2.08 cm，and the nut shape index is 1.04–1.06. The shell thickness of nut is 0.82–1.04 mm. Kernel percent is 44.35%–51.82%. The kernel total fat content is 63.04%–64.15% and the content of unsaturated fatty acids is 90.72%–92.46%，kernel total protein content is 5.98%–6.53%. The tannin content of seed coat is high，and the removing puckery time should be prolonged. The fruit production of eight to ten years old trees of‘Wanjin 1’is 1 360–1 840 kg ? hm-2. It has excellent quality such as early bearing，high yield，with extensive adaptability and strong resistance.

The fruit is conical with the average fruit weight of 8.9 g，the vitamin C content of 3.123 mg ? g-1，the total acid content of 5.15 g ? kg-1，the edible rate of 97.1% and the dried rate of 55.3%. This new cultivar ripens from mid to end of September in Laoling. It is suitable for dry and fresh fruit with high yield，high quality and resistance to cracking. The yield is 20 542.5 kg ? hm-2 in the fourth year after grafted on‘Jinsixiaozao’trees.

• ‘Zicuihong’，a new Chinese jujube for fresh-eating and drying was selected from the seedling populations of southern mountains in Ji’nan. The shape of the fruit is conical with the average fruit weight of 8.1 g，and its edible rate is 93.2%. The ripe fruit is purplish-red with smooth surface. The flesh is white，crisp and sweet with medium juice and stone. The soluble solids content，the vitamin C content，the sugar content of dried fruit and the dried rate are 37.8%，3.21 mg ? g-1，61.7% and 55.8%，respectively. It matures in mid September in Jinan and the fruit developing period is 80–85 days. The yield is 5.6 kg per plant in the fourth year after grafting. This new cultivar has high and steady yield，resistance to cracking，drought and barren，and strong adaptability.

• ‘Shanghai Angel’is a new strawberry（Fragaria × ananassa Duch.）cultivar and it was selected from the progeny of a cross between‘Benihoppe’and‘Akihime’.‘Shanghai Angel’plants are vigous，large，and half-opening. The fruit shape is long roundish conical and long narrow cuneate with an average length to width ratio of 1.53. The fruit size is large（the average fruit weight is 26.0 g）with a sweet（TSS 10.5%–13.0%）and strong aromatic flavor. The plants and fruits are highly resistant to anthracnose（Colletotrichum gloeosporioides）. It does well near Shanghai and Yangtze Valley of China.

Its plant height is 60 cm，expansion is 65 cm with long oval，dark green，thick wax leaves. Its curd is hemisphere shaped with dark green，head with small buds and no leafy，no hollow stem. The flower buds will not turn purple at low temperature. Its single head weight is about 0.55 kg，the optimal density was 40 500 strains ? hm-2 and its total yield is 22 500 kg ? hm-2. It takes about 80 d from transplanting to harvest in autumn and about 60 d in spring. Its fits fresh-keeping and quick-frozen procossing. It has good resistance to black rot and downy mildew，is easy to grow and easy cultivation. The cultivar suits to be planted in North of China in spring and autumn.

The matured fruit is red，with high hardness，and the taste is sweet and sour. The fruit commodity rate is high. The cultivar has high resistance to bacterial leaf spot，leaf mold，blight and verticillium wilt，but the resistance to late blight and viral disease is medium. And it has strong cold resistance，moderate suffocation and drought tolerance. The fruit is resistant to cracking and is suitable for cultivation in the open field. The output is 75 000–97 500 kg ? hm-2.

The longitudinal and transverse diameter of fruit is 12 cm and 4.3 cm respectively，weight per fruit is 50 g，which contains 238.5 mg ? kg-1 vitamin C，0.002% capsaicin，1.18% protein. The cultivar shows the resistance to CMV，anti TMV，middle resistance to anthrax and Phytophthora blight，and low temperature resistance in the field. It is suitable for open cultivation，semi-forcing or forcing cultivation in Hubei Province，with the yield more than 37 500 kg ? hm-2.

• ‘Golden Bell’is a small-fruited Cucurbita moschata cultivar derived from‘Mi33’（female parent）בTai1-1’（male parent）. The cultivar has its first female flower at around the node position 17 on the main vine，with oblate and pear-shaped fruits produced at lower and higher node positions respectively. The single fruits weighs about 1.3 kg，with pulp thickness of 2.6 cm and smooth，shiny peel. The fruits taste sticky，sweet and uniquely fragrant，and have nice storablity，transportability，and commercial quality. ‘Golden Bell’is easy to grow and has high stress tolerance. Field studies revealed that it is resistant to powdery mildew and tolerant to blight and viral diseases. It takes around 95 days from seed germination to first harvest，having a long harvest time with a total production of 19 500 kg ? hm-2. ‘Golden Bell’is most suitable to grow in Guangdong，Guangxi，Hainan，and the southern part of Hunan Province.

The soluble sugar，the protein and the crude fiber content of edible pod is 2.06%，2.4% and 1.2%，respectively，and the pod is suitable for fresh food and processing. The average pod per plant is 14，and its yield reaches 30 000 kg ? hm-2. It is characterized by resistance to diseases and insensitivity to light-period. It was popularized in Hubei Province with excellent effect in 2017.

The pod number of each plant is 20–25，proportion of three pods is about 30%，length and width of pod with 2–3 grains are 6.2 cm and 1.4 cm，respectively. The fresh weight of 100-pod and 100-seed is 300.4 g and 83.8 g，respectively，and the output is about 9 000 kg ? hm-2. It takes about 90 d from seedling to harvest in spring，suitable for fresh-keeping and quick-frozen. The cultivar suits to be planted in plastic greenhouse or open field of Zhejiang Province and similar climate areas in spring.

• Chrysanthemum morifolium‘Xingfang’is derived from the hybrid progenies of C. morifolium‘Yadongzhiguang’as the female parent and C. morifolium‘Donglinruixue’as the male parent，which can be used as courtyard landscaping and as chrysanthemum tea. The flower is apricot，4–5 cm in diameter，doubled with ray flowers strewed at random arrangement. The plant forms a ball shape with vigorous growth crown width can reach more than 90 cm and is characterized by low temperature resistance，drought resistance and lodging resistance. The nature flowering period is from late September to early October which was suitable for cultivated application in northwest，north and northeast areas of China.

It features multiple rose red petals，Proliferate-flower form，flower cross diameter 15 cm，longitudinal diameter 10 cm，golden yellow stamen，plant height 105 cm，stiff branches.‘Huadan’is suitable for cut flowers and cultivation in Chinese major herbaceous peony growing areas for relatively early flowering.

• Anthurium‘Xiaojiao’is a new small-sized potted cultivar with average plant height of 25.1 cm and width of 35.1 cm，which was developed from the combination of‘Texana’and‘Sierra’. The leaves are ovate in shape with average length of 12.7 cm and width of 6.0 cm. The spathes with strong glossiness are red in color and have long viewing period. It is easy to bloom with the spathes being slightly above the leaves，and characterized by high disease resistance and good adaptation.

• Iris sanguinea‘Chun Xin’is a new cultivar selected from the natural hybrid progenies of Iris sanguinea. Plant height is 68 cm and stem height is 60 cm in blooming period，the crown width is 56–58 cm five years after planting. Each plant has 15–25 scapes，and the single scape has 2 or 3 flowers. Flower diameter is 9.8 cm. The flower is elegant，fresh，with type of compaction. Outer segment is violet and the edge is almost white，inner segment is nearly white. Style is white and the color on both sides of the central is almost lilac. Flowering is between June and July，fruiting is between September and October，and the continuous flowering is about 20 days. It’s suitable to open cultivation in northeast area of China，and it can be applied in the north of China.

• Cymbidium‘Yunü Danxin’is derived from the cross of female Cymbidium lianpan ‘Baixue Gongzhu’and male Cymbidium ensifolium‘Guannian’. With the three star characteristics and the feature of white transparent petals，it likes Cymbidium ensifolium‘Guannian’in appearance and is easy to produce seedlings by both micropropagation and division method. When cultured in greenhouse，it begins to bloom in the late of June and the flowering lasts 80–100 days. There are about three to nine flowers in an inflorescence with the average diameter of 23.7 cm.

• ‘Yanghongmei’is a new Cymbidium goeringii hybrid cultivar，which was selected from the cross‘Dafugui’בRuimei’. The leaf color is jade green，with 3–4 leaves per plant. The length of the leaf is 15–25 cm，and the width is 0.8–1.1 cm，the twisty leaves extend to both sides. The flower bud is short，round，and light purplish red. The sepal texture is thick and glossy，the sepal newly emerging from bracts colour is fresh purplish red，becoming to light brown during late phase of flowering，with reddish brown longitudinal veins. The peduncle length is 8–10 cm，with one flower. The diameter of flower head is about 4.5–5.0 cm，the sepal is plum shape，the petal is clam shells shape and paralleled，the lip is big fringe shape with bright scarlet U-shaped plaque. It begins to bloom in early February and the flowering lasts 30–35 d，fragrance of a flower is rich.

• The new cultivar of waterlily‘Fen Ma Nao’was bred by hybridization using‘Ultra Violet’as mother plant and‘Mrs George H. Pring’as father plant. This cultivar is distinguished from others by its novel colors of flowers and leaves. It is a medium-sized plant，with semi-double flowers of stellate-star shape，pink color with white bottom of its petals，petal number is 32–36，4 sepals. The flower diameter is 12.0–13.8 cm，the emergence height above water is 12.0–14.2 cm. The leaves color is greyed-purple. Its diameter is 24.3–25.0 cm × 21.6–22.3 cm with ovate shape，and has irregular dentation in margins. ‘Fen Ma Nao’is a tropical waterlily，and it cannot cross the winter naturally in the north of China.

• Prunus mume‘Yulong Hongfei’is a new ornamental and fruit production cultivar developed through seedling-selection approach. The cultivar displays a spreading plant type with large crown. The color of the young leaves is dark red，then becomes green when the leaves mature. It presents medium density of the flowers distributing on the branches. The buds unfolding into flowers are white with light red color at the upper end. The flower is shaped like shallow-bowl type and surrounded by five white petals with color halo, as well as five dark reddish purple sepals. The shape of the fruit is oblate circle. And the epicarp, red colored at the sun-facing side but yellow-green colored at the shade-facing side, is medium thick with a few tiny hairs. The yellow-white flesh with high quality is suitable for food production. The cultivar with strong adaptability and resistance characteristics suits to Lijiang and the surrounding areas with similar climates（soil pH 5–7）in China.

• Both‘Huangjin’and‘Huangying’are new cultivars selected from superior individuals of Acer elegantulum in Ninghai County，Zhejiang Province. Leaf colour of the two cultivars is showy. From spring to early summer，most young leaves of‘Huangjin’are light greenish blue. Mature leaves are mostly light greenish yellow，few are mixed with green，which then turn greenish yellow mixed with green in autumn. The young leaves of‘Huangying’are rufous and carmine mixed，and then turn deep greenish yellow mixed with green in spring. In late summer，the leaves of‘Huangying’turn bright yellow-green and green mixed. Both of them have high ornamental value.

• Willow cultivar‘Luliu 1’（Salix matsudana‘Luliu 1’）is bred from a male natural hybrid seedling found in the wild of Zhanhua District，Binzhou City，Shandong Province. It is selected after field test at seedling stage and regional trial. Characterized by a dark red trunk at seedling stage，it is a quality cultivar with traits of high seedling and afforestation survival rate，fast-growing and strong ability of saline-alkali tolerance. It has excellent wood properties and is suitable for afforestation on saline-alkaline land.

Characterized by a purple trunk at seedling stage，it is a quality cultivar with traits of high seedling and afforestation survival rate，straight trunk and strong ability of drought tolerance. It has excellent wood properties and suitable for afforestation on arid or barren land.

It is selected after field test at seedling stage and regional trial. Characterized by a crooked trunk and unstratified crown composed by a number of branches，it is a quality cultivar with traits of high seedling and afforestation survival rate and strong ability of water tolerance and disease resistance under barren soil condition. It is suitable for afforestation on water logging or barren land.

• Robinia pseudoacacia‘Miyuan 1’is a new cultivar with a mass of papilionaceous flowers and straight tree trunk. The trunk of young trees is turquoise，smooth and nonthorny，which is distinct from the existing known species. Its flowering period is from late April to early May. The new cultivar can be used as honeysource，timber，landscaping and ecological protection forest due to its excellent resistance to drought，poor soil condition，mild salt and alkali.

• Robinia pseudoacacia‘Qingshan Niuzi’is a new cultivar. The trunks of the young tree curves like a wave，while the lateral branches of 2–3 years tree curve like many waves. When the new cultivar is planted for many years，the trunk turns into upright，with crooked branches. The whole tree has snaky characteristics，which is distinct from that of Robinia pseudoacacia var. tortuosa. Therefore，it has special ornamental value.

• Robinia pseudoacacia‘Duocai Qingshan’is a new cultivar of straight trunk，thick crown，uniform diameter of branches，small crotch angle and faster growth. The average height of 6-year-old tree amounted to 10.0 m. The average diameter at breast height（DBH）had amounted to 14.1 cm and the average single plant volume of timber was 0.09 399 m3 in experimental forest，41.92%，41.45% and 145.91% more than‘Luci 7’，respectively.

• Robinia pseudoacacia‘Zhuangmei Qingshan’is a new cultivar selected from the free pollinator generation of the‘Yanci 5001’family with fast growth. The cultivar has traits of fast growing of diameter，thick branches and high biomass. The average diameter at breast height（DBH）of 6 years had amounted to 16.3 cm，the average tree height amounted to 9.1 m and the average single plant volume of timber was 0.12 331 m3 .in experimental forest. It was 55.93%，34.56% and 222.63% more than‘Luci 7’.

• The new cultivar‘Hongfen 2’，is found in the investigation and collection process of the ancient Sophora japonica tree resources in Shandong Province. The trunk is straight. There is no fluff on the one-year branches and the lenticels are slender. The flag of the flower is flattened and the color of the petal and keel is pink sparkle. It is mildly resistant to saline and suitable for a wide range of adaptation.

• Dendrocalamus latiflorus‘Aijiaoma’is a new bamboo cultivar with height less than 12 m，diameter at breast height（DHB）is less than 8 cm，and internode less than 30 cm. It starts branching from the fifth or sixth bamboo joint. The bamboo shooting period is long，from early May to early November. The bamboo shoot is small. The texture of bamboo shoots is delicate and crisp. The bamboo shoots also have good quality with a high nutritional value.

• ‘Wanlou 17’is a new cultivar of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. developed by crossing female parent‘Wanlou 6’and male parent‘Xiongzhu 2’. The cultivar is mid-late ripening with 220-day growing cycle. The fruit shape is nearly round. The peel of immature fruit stage is light green and orange-yellow at the mature stage. The average weights of first-year-old fresh fruit and root are 389.8 g and 8.70 kg，which are 399.7 g and 16.50 kg separately in second year. There is a multi fruits per stem. The seed is long oval，plump-eared，with dark brown shell. The thousand grain weight is 333.0 g and the seed rate is 12.88%. The cultivar shows high resistance to the diseases of gummosis and fusarium wilt.

• The new cultivars of Perilla frutescens‘Jizi 1’and‘Jizi 2’were obtained through system selection.‘Jizi 1’is a high-yield and high-oil cultivar. Its leaves are green on the front and purple on the back. The seed yield is 1 650 kg ? hm-2，and the seed oil content is 42.8%. The leaves of‘Jizi 2’have a good taste，and both sides of the leaves are purple，and the volatile oil content is up to 0.85%.

• Olive‘Olio 2’is a new local outstanding cultivar which selected in Mianning County，Liangshan prefecture of Sichuan Province. It has the characteristic of early fruition，beginning to blossom and yield fruit two years after planting. Fruit yield increases significantly after three years and reaches high production in fourth year. Average yield of every single plant can reach 8.44 kg and single fruit weight is 2 to 3 g，fresh fruit oil content is 17.2% percent and unsaturated fatty acid content is 81.34%. The fruits ripen during early to mid November.‘Olio 2’has very strong adaptability and yielding ability and stability. It is propitious to cultivate in mountainous region and hilly area in Liangshan prefecture and other similar climatic region.
