Advances in the Effects of Hydrothermal Factors on Fruit Quality and Their Implications for Fruit Cultivation

Abstract

Abstract: In this paper，the main research progress of water and heat factors affecting fruit quality in recent years was summarized. By comparing the water and heat environmental factors in fruit producing areas at home and abroad，the key factors that limit the improvement of fruit quality in some areas of China were analyzed. Based on the results，a new idea of changing the cultivation measures to improve fruit quality was put forward.
