TheMultiplex-CAPS Analysis of the Nematode Resistant Gene Mi and the Leaf Mould Resistant Gene Cf5 in Tomato

Abstract: A Multiplex-CAPS technique for simultaneous identification of nematode resistant gene Mi and leaf mould resistant gene Cf5 was developed in tomato. And genes whether contain Mi and Cf5 were identified by using this technique in 12 different tomato materials.
