A Red High Quality and Resistance Wine Grape Cultivar ‘Beimei’

摘要: 葡萄新品种‘北玫’由‘玫瑰香’与‘山葡萄’杂交育成。浆果在北京地区9月下旬成熟。果粒圆或近圆形,紫黑色,成熟一致。果穗平均质量160 g,果粒平均质量2.6 g。可溶性固形物含量20.4%~25.4 %,可滴定酸含量0.87 %~1.17 %,出汁率77.7 %。抗寒和抗病能力强。酿制的葡萄酒宝石红色,入口柔和,酒体平衡,具有悦人的玫瑰香味。

Abstract: ‘Beimei’ is a late- ripening red wine cultivar derived from ‘Muscat’ (Vitis vinifera) and V. amurensis. Berries mature during the last 10 days of September in Beijing. The fruit cluster is conical and medium-dense, weighing 160 g on average with uniformly sized berries. The average weight of a single berry is 2.6 g. The berry is elliptic and purple-black. The flesh is soft and acid- sweet juicy with 20.4 %- 25.4 % soluble solid content, 0.87 %- 1.17 % titrable acid content and production of juice 77.7 %。It has high resistance to cold, disease. The red wine produced is bijou red, sour and sweet palatable, and has gentle and balanced taste. Especially, the red wine has aroma like rose flower and can be hold.
