Abstract: ‘Qiulian’is a new late-ripening peach cultivar derived from the cross of ‘Chongyang Hong’and‘Yanhong’. The flower is showy with much pollen. The fruit shape is nearly round，the average weight is 324 g，and the biggest one is 515 g. More than 90% of the fruit surface is covered by deep red color when ripe. The flesh is white with red pigment，hard-melting，sweet. The soluble solids content is 12.6%，and the stone is cling. It is tolerant to storage and long-distance transportation with 13.0 kg ? cm-2 hardness. The fruit development period is about 142 days. It has high yield，the yield of 5-year-old trees is about 47.6 t ? hm-2.
