摘要:

‘上研1号’是通过金针菇T011菌株多孢自交选育出的新品种。子实体白色,菌盖球形内扣,菌褶排列规则,呈直线形,每瓶产量可达360 ~ 390 g(1 100 mL栽培瓶)。菌丝培养期为22 ~ 23 d,出菇期为25 d。抗杂菌能力强,原基多,生长整齐,子实体品质较高。

Abstract:

‘Shangyan 1’is a new cultivar of edible mushroom Flammulina velutipes which is selected from inbred progenies of strain‘T011’by multispore selfing. The fruit body is white,with spherical and enwrapping caps. Gills are rectilinear and arrange rules. The production is 360–390 g(1 100 mL cultivation bottle). The cultivation period of mycelium stage is 22–23 days,and the fruit body stage is 25 days. In addition,it has many excellent characteristics,such as strong resistance,more primordia,good regularity and high quality.
