摘要:

‘瑶山李’是从广东地方品种‘三华李’中选育出来的新品种,平均单果质量46.1 g,含可溶性固形物14.1%,可溶性总糖8.8%,可滴定酸0.73%,果皮红色,有少量淡黄色小斑点,皮薄。果肉红色,硬熟时甜脆,软熟后味似蜜并有浓郁的类似香蕉香气,适合于粤北山区栽培。

Abstract:

A new plum(Prunus salicina)cultivar‘Yaoshanli’,is selected from the bud sports of ‘Sanhuali’,a local cultivar in Guangdong,China. The average fruit weight is about 46.1 g,with soluble solids content of 14.1%,total soluble sugar of 8.8%,titratable acid of 0.73% in average. The exocarp is thin and brilliant red with little faint yellow mottle. The flesh is red and crisp in the hard-ripe stage and it smells like the banana and tastes like honey in the soft-ripe stage. This new cultivar can be well cultivated in mountainous area in the north of Guangdong.
