Abstract:

‘Hongri’pear is bred by the cross‘Red Clapp’s’בApple-pear’. Fruit is oblate with red skin，and single fruit weigh is 280 g. Flesh is white with juicy，sour-sweet，a little aroma，and less stone cell. The soluble solids content is 13.5%，titratable acid content is 0.38%，vitamin C is 0.0389 mg · g-1. Fruit quality is high. It ripens in early September in Xiongyue，Liaoning. It is a cultivar with high and early productive，high quality，resistance to diseases and to cold.
