酿酒葡萄新品种‘雪兰红’

A New Cultivar of Vitis amurensis‘Xuelanhong’for Dry-red Brewing

摘要: ‘雪兰红’葡萄是以‘左优红’作母本,‘北冰红’为父本杂交育成。果穗圆锥形,单穗质量145.2 g,果粒圆形,单粒质量1.39 g。果皮蓝黑色,果肉绿色,无肉囊。果实可溶性固形物含量16.2% ~ 21.8%,总酸12.4 ~ 15.6 g · L-1,单宁0.333 ~ 0.398 g · L-1,出汁率55.3% ~ 62.1%。酿制干红山葡萄酒,酒质好。在吉林省东南地区栽培9月中下旬果实成熟。抗寒,丰产,产量20.3 t · hm-2,比对照品种‘左优红’增产16.0%。

Abstract: ‘Xuelanhong’is a Vitis amurensis derived from‘Zuoyouhong’בBeibinghong’. The fruit cluster is conical,weighing 145.2 g. The fruit is round and blue-black,no meat capsule. The average berry weight is 1.39 g,The fruit soluble solids content is 16.2%–21.8%,the fruit total acid is 12.4–15.6 g · L-1,the tannic content is 0.333–0.398 g · L-1 and the fruit juice rate is 55.3%–62.1%. Dry-red wine is of high quality. The ripening time of berry is in the mid-to-late September in Southeast Jilin. Cold resistant,high yield,the average yield 20.3 t per hectare,increased by 16% than the control cultivar‘Zuoyouhong’.
