摘要: ‘钟山红’葡萄是从‘魏可’实生系中选育而成的晚熟新品种。树势强旺,成花容易,晚果丰产,果实挂树时间长,耐贮运,抗病性中等,适应性强。果穗圆锥形,平均单穗质量600 g,果粒为长椭圆形,平均单粒质量9.53 g,果皮紫黑色,果肉致密硬脆,味甜爽口,风味独特,品质上等,可溶性固形物含量22% ~ 23%,最高达25%,酸含量0.44% ~ 0.65%,果实完全成熟期在9月中下旬。

Abstract: ‘Zhongshanhong’is an late-maturing cultivar derived from the self progenies of‘Wink’. Its vines are strong,easy to form flower. It has lately bearing,high yield,be able to store and transport for a long time,with good adaptability to environment and normal disease-resistance. Its cluster is large and conical with the average weight of 600 g. The berries are oblong with the average weight 9.53 g and black purple in color. The flesh is hard,sweet with flavor. Its fruit quality is rather good with soluble solids content of 22% to 23%,the highest reach to 25%,acid 0.44% to 0.65%. The total maturity of fruit is in mid-late September.
