四棱豆新品种‘湘棱豆3号’

摘要: 湘棱豆3号’是采用叠氮化钠(NaN3)与甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)复合诱变剂处理‘中翼1号’种子诱变而育成的四棱豆新品种。中早熟,嫩荚绿色,平均荚长 × 宽 × 厚为20.8 cm × 3.3 cm × 1.6 cm,不易纤维化,嫩荚含水分85.5 %,粗纤维1.6 %,粗蛋白2.6 %,可溶性糖3.1 %。一般嫩荚产量为14.8 t · hm-2。耐热,抗根腐病、果腐病等病害。

Abstract: ‘Xianglengdou 3’is a new winged bean cultivar which was selected from mutant generations of‘Zhongyi 1’by EMS and NaN3. It has excellent characteristics such as mid-early maturity,green skin,un-fibrosis. The pod is 20.8 cm in length,3.3 cm in width,1.6 cm in thickness. The pod contains water 85.5 %,crude fiber 1.6 %,crude protein 2.6 %,soluble sugar 3.1%. The yield is about 14.8 t · hm-2. It is tolerant to high temperature,and strongly resistant to ceitocybe bescens,pod rot disease,etc.
