梨新品种‘砀山新酥’

A New Pear Cultivar‘Dangshan Xinsu’

摘要: ‘砀山新酥’是从‘砀山酥梨’中优选出的中熟梨新品种。成熟期比‘砀山酥梨’提前15 d左右。果实近圆形,果形指数0.95;平均单果质量370 g,可溶性固形物含量12.6%,总酸0.079%,去皮硬度6.4 kg · cm-2,果肉石细胞团(直径 > 0.25 mm)含量为1 778 mg · kg-1,果肉白色,质地细腻,酸甜,具微香,口感好,品质佳。适应性强,丰产,稳产。

Abstract: ‘Dangshan Xinsu’is a new pear cultivar which selected from the mutant of‘Dangshan Suli’. It matures about 15 days earlier than‘Dangshan Suli’. The fruit sharp is suborbicula,and fruit-shape index is 0.95. The average fruit weight is 370 g. Soluble solids content is 12.6%. Total acid content is 0.079%. Flesh firmness is 6.4 kg · cm-2. Stone cell group(diameter > 0.25 mm)content is 1 778 mg · kg-1. The flesh is white,sour-sweet,with tiny aroma,good flavor,and excellent quality. The cultivar has strong adaptability,high and stable production.
