摘要: 从100条ISSR引物中筛选出19条重复性好,扩增条带清晰的引物对17份澳洲坚果种质进行亲缘关系分析。19条引物共扩增出369个位点,多态性位点249个(67.5%)。利用UPGMA法得到的聚类的结果表明17份种质分为4个类群,所有夏威夷选育出的品种在最大的一个类群中归于两个亚类,而在澳大利亚选育出的品种则分别聚为独立的类群,因此推测夏威夷选育出的品种很可能起源于两个遗传多样性不同的群体;而澳大利亚选育的品种其遗传背景和选育史与夏威夷的品种不同。

Abstract: Nineteen primers were used to analysis the genetic relation of 17 macadamia which screened from 100 primers. A total of 369 bands were amplified,of which 249 bands were polymorphic bands(the percentage of polymorphic band,PPB = 67.5%). Examination of multivariate relationships among accessions using a cluster analysis resulted in the identification of four clusters. All Hawaiian cultivars were included in two sub-clusters within the largest cluster. The results suggesting that the Hawaiian cultivars must have originated from at least two genetically diverse ancestral populations;And the Australian selections,which formed 3 separate clusters,probably represent a different genetic background and selection history in Australia as compared to Hawaiian selections.
