Abstract: ‘Wanlü 1’is a new non heading Chinese cabbage cultivar bred by crossing the female parent QS054 and the male parent QS055. The plant height is 20 cm and 31 cm × 29 cm in expansion diam. The basal leaves are broad obovate，the leaves are flat，green and fleshy. The petiole is light green，the plant is compact and girdle. The single plant weight is 0.26 kg，and the yield is 42 000 kg · hm-2. It’s precocious and high purity，has good resistance to soft rot，downy mildew，virus disease and other diseases，and can resist to –1 ℃ low temperature freezing damage in a short time and delay seven days bolting time. The field performance is excellent，so it is suitable for autumn and winter cultivation in the Yangtze River，Huai River and other regions.
