Abstract: Aglaonema‘Baibaoshi’is a new ornamental cultivar with medium plant type，which is selected from a bud mutation found among a population of tissue-cultured Aglaonema‘Sapphire’plants. The leaves are oblong and lanceolate，and the shape of apex of the leaves is strongly acute. The third mature leaves from top are 16.3 cm in length and 5.6 cm in width on average. The leaves are dark green，and the petioles，leaf sheaths，midribs，leaf margins，inflorescence stems，spathe and spadix are white. The natural flowering period is from late November to next March.‘Baibaoshi’is suitable for facility cultivation in Guangdong Province.
