Abstract: The new sweet cherry cultivar‘Xiangquan Ziyun’is a seedling progeny of‘Stella’. The tree has moderate vigor and spreading habit. It is self-sterility（S1S3）and can be pollinated by‘Tieton’‘Lapins’‘Van’and others. It is easy to form flower buds and has a high fruit setting rate. Fruit is kidney shape with dark red skin and 3.8 cm-fruit stalk. The average fruit weight is 8.4 g and the heaviest single fruit can reach 11.4 g. The fruit firmness is 3.47 kg • cm-2 and the soluble solids content is 19.2%. It tastes mainly sweet，slightly sour with 96% edible rate. The fruit is not susceptible to disease and has a long picking period. The fruit ripening period is early to middle. The yield can reach more than 15 000 kg • hm-2 in fruit-bearing stage. It is suitable for cherry producing areas in Beijing，Shaanxi and so on.
